Can I pay for gift wrap, and have the order sent to a friend:
Yes, we strive to make the unboxing of your order just fun, and we would love to coordinate a special event and gift to make it perfect as a gift. If this is the case, please email us and let us know so we can make it special. Any extra charges here would be minimal depending on your needs.
When will I receive my order:
We will package and ship your order with in two business days, unless otherwise discussed.
Can I place a custom order:
Yes, we would love to make a custom order for you! Please email us and let us know what you may be looking for in a design and we can work out those details. Pricing for a custom order may depend on the fragrance or any other specialty ingredients. Custom soaps for shower gifts (wedding/baby) or custom bridemaids boxes are great because we can use the scent you love and use the colors of the event.
When will you have new products released:
When we work on soaps we are typically working a season ahead to allow the soaps to cure and be ready for purchase. You can contact us to pre-order for Seasonal scents anytime. The short answer is it will take 4 weeks after a soap is made to be ready to leave the studio for your personal use. Candles and most other products have a much faster turn around time to you, typically no more than a week.
